Emily’s been working in a commercial kitchen with her mom’s catering company since she was five years old and baking professionally for 14 years including Golden 1 Center, Pushkin’s Bakery and Freeport Bakery. She resides with two cats, Chowder and Olive, and a husky named Sage.

What or who is the greatest love of your life?
My husband Patrick. He’s my absolute favorite person and my best friend

When and where were you happiest?
My wedding day surrounded by all our friends and family dancing our butts off, my honeymoon visiting Jurassic Park sites and holding a baby alpaca.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
I baked my own three-tiered wedding cake and most of the desserts for the dessert bar 

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?
A wild alpaca living in Hawaii 

What is your favorite occupation?
Detective Baker (It doesn’t really exist)
